The keys to the castle (and family harmony)

Summer? Where did that go? It was bank holiday Monday, it was raining. We had a hefty dose of cabin fever and a touch of the stir crazies. Undeterred, we set off for adventure at Nottingham Castle, and found the recipe for for a perfect family day out.

Amazing how one day together transformed us from a miserable, grumpy bunch to a fully functioning family unit once more.

So what's your recipe for a perfect family day in, or out?

Thanks Clairejustine. Ha ha, I cut out the bit of my daughter's face while she was listening to what would happen to Daddy. She soon forgot about it though :)
